Architecture Department

CSE architects and engineers routinely evaluate issues relating to the exterior of existing buildings including roof consulting, moisture intrusion, exterior wall cladding, windows & doors, and coatings. These evaluations have included wood, masonry, concrete and steel residential and commercial structures.

Structural Department

CSE engineers are retained on a routine basis to evaluate structural issues on existing buildings. These evaluations have included wood, masonry, concrete and steel structures.

Electrical Department

CSE has recently increased its forensic investigative capabilities by creating an Electrical Engineering Division. In addition to our traditional line we now also provide investigations ranging from construction electrical code violations to problems with complex electronic appliances and controls.
